Up priced a used vehicle almost $2K over internet advertised On December 15th, 2017 I stopped at the dealership to look at a used vehicle sitting on the lot. I asked the salesman about a price and they worked u On December 15th, 2017 I stopped at the dealership to look at a used vehicle sitting on the lot. I asked the salesman about a price and they worked up an offer with the selling price at $11,900. After test driving the car, I declined the offer and decided to do some research on the car. Before leaving Phillips Toyota, the manager told me that it is the end of the year and he would make me a really great deal. He discounted the car to $9,490.00 from $11,900. Again, I declined for the moment to go home and think about it. While doing some internet research, I found THAT VEHICLE being advertised by Phillips Toyota with an advertised price of $9,995. I feel that the manager that made the original offer of $11,900, knowingly raised the price from $9,995 with an attempt to make an unreasonably large profit. That is unacceptable ! Very disappointed with that business ethic. Update on vehicle as of 12/31/2017 Internet advertised price is now $8,998. More

Another Great Experience! I had another great experience buying my new 2018 Toyota Corolla from Philips Toyota! My salesman Chad Howell was very knowledgeable and had no proble I had another great experience buying my new 2018 Toyota Corolla from Philips Toyota! My salesman Chad Howell was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering any of my questions. He took time with me and didn't rush me or pressure me into anything. Our experience. With the Phillips sales, service and finance Working with Burton Randall was first class, he explained all the details and guided us to the car we were looking for. Price negotiations were handled with ease and not confrontational at all. We walked in the dealership at 9:30am and drove out our new car at 3:15 pm. It was cleaned up, detailed, tagged, and the insurance changed over. Burton, talked us through the new car explaining the hybrid set up and option packages on the car.
