Fast, friendly & thorough The A/C fan stopped working, and a part was required. Since the part had to be ordered, the technician showed me an easy way get the fan to work wh The A/C fan stopped working, and a part was required. Since the part had to be ordered, the technician showed me an easy way get the fan to work while waiting for the new fan blower motor to come in. I had honestly expected to be fully without A/C until the part arrived, as I had been without A/C for several days prior to bringing my car in. I was very happy with the "quick fix", as well as the more permanent repair. Our Toyota Corolla was purchased at Phillips Toyota new in March, 2016, at which time we also purchased the extended warranty. Our Salesman at the time, Mark Ezzell, told us that the extended warranty would pay for itself in the long run, and he was 100% correct. If and when we need to buy a new car, we will return to Phillips Toyota. More
