His honesty, integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile sold me. Although price is always important, the salesperson along with the people that surround the dealership are of the utmost importance. Jaime researched my need (used Camry/Corolla/Altima), price, dependability, mileage. He provided my son with 4 options which we test drove. After narrowing down the vehicles, he came back with a no haggle price. TAKE NOTE DEALERSHIPS: He approached his sales manager for a 1x bottom line price and ended up lower for the same car than 4 dealerships. Never did it come out of his mouth: "If I can come up with an agreeable price, are you wiling to buy?" (WHY DO YOU THINK I CAME INTO YOUR DEALERSHIP TO BE INSULTED? NOT BY PHILLIPS) Lastly, my son mentioned that the pin stripe was cracked and fading........He offered to get it replaced at ummmmm no charge. My son had a Nissan 350Z, that he sold outright after getting trade offers from a dealership with a similar name of my salesperson. I was told to go out and find a better offer/deal, well I did. After telling the Nissan dealership that I was not interested in a new or used car, (by the way, I was not eligible for a Nissan Loyalty Discount $1000 even though I owned a 350Z) I received several follow up calls from the Nissan salesperson, asking if I Mr. Turner was enjoying his new purchase, (who's Mr. Turner? not me) Keep up the good work Nissan, you drove me to a Toyota. People looking for a car: Save yourself from the unwanted calls and solicitation. Go to Phillips Toyota where their reputation, ethics, and integrity stand ahead of other robotic sales people. Thanks Tom and Jaime, for making a recent college grad, with a new job, experience the purchase of a car from a dealership in a positive way. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Fabulous Toyota Dealership This is our 4th new Toyota purchase from the same sales person (Sonny Rothwell) at Phillips Toyota. I can't say enough good things about Sonny. He goes above and beyond the call of duty because he genuinely cares about his customers. Randy Ollila, the general sales manager, is a friendly, honest and kind person. David Newton and Keith Potter in the service department have always been there for me and my family, helping us in every way possible to make sure we are getting the best and most cost- effective service possible. Tonya Stiver is one of the service writers we have had the most experience with. She is truly a fabulous part of the team. She has always tenaciously kept us informed of the activities with our vehicles. I feel fortunate to have found such a great team of people who honestly care about their jobs and go above and beyond to make sure we are safe and happy. I have referred several friends to Phillips Toyota over the years. They all have been going back to purchase and service their vehicles at Phillips Toyota. The fact that they have so many repeat customers is indicative of what a fabulous job they are doing. More
