I really appreciate Todd’s help and his patience! I was able to get the car I wanted and even though the paperwork took a little while, he was really knowledgeable and did a great job making the proc I was able to get the car I wanted and even though the paperwork took a little while, he was really knowledgeable and did a great job making the process as smooth as possible. He was great to work with and had an excellent attention to detail. I also thought it was fun that they sent me a personalized video confirming the car was ready for my appointment.
