The greatest and probably the easiest deal ever. Cesar Ynofuentes was just a pure joy to be with. Knowledgeable and very handsome as well. He was able to find a car for me when I came in to buy a differ Ynofuentes was just a pure joy to be with. Knowledgeable and very handsome as well. He was able to find a car for me when I came in to buy a different car. He took his time and walked me through the process. He even assisted with the car insurance part. Cesar knows his stuff and he is an asset to Pine Belt Chevrolet. He was able to put my mother at ease. He explained things in a way that I could understand. The Finance Guy whom I cannot remember his name and my mother called Will Smith was excellent as well. Didn't see his name on the list but five stars for him. Great and considerate people are hard to find and Cesar is one of those people. In my book he should get a raise. A BIG RAISE. In the world we live in today and with the Pandemic it is hard to find people who are sociable and care about you and your experience. The people at Pine Belt Chevrolet provide that experience regardless of the Pandemic. It was just the greatest experience for me because I was nervous and Cesar put me at ease. I don't always understand and he reassured me about the car and the price. I was comfortable with him. As I said he took his time and assisted me. He treated me as a person and that to me is a great thing. I wanted to send him roses. He said no to that idea. He is worth more than roses to your company.
