Three strikes you’re out Bought a Silverado back in 2015 from this dealership the salesman was Ernie Ordenana the experience was pleasant he did his best to accommodate my req Bought a Silverado back in 2015 from this dealership the salesman was Ernie Ordenana the experience was pleasant he did his best to accommodate my requests as far as price and trade in value so the deal was made after that sale my experiences at this dealership have been nothing but horrible starting with the service dept which I stopped using after the third visit which was necessary due to them messing up the balancing on my tires after a routine rotation The second time I visited was to purchase my daughters leased Cruze thru them and that whole experience was a waste of four hours of my life and walked out after being harassed and screamed at by the sales manager for not accepting their offer which was crap as if he was going to intimidate me into buying what he wanted me to buy on his terms I said never again and wrote an email to the dealership explaining my experience and dissatisfaction a year later someone from customer relations called to see if wanted to visit again since they had gotten rid of the manager I had the problem with and I was in the market for a new truck I gave them another chance and set up an appointment with dan kane I went in on a Saturday explained exactly what I wanted and he proceeded to show me four trucks that had nothing in common with what I had asked for including used trucks which I didn’t even want as a choice He finally got the point that I wasn’t buying what he was pushing and told me that they didn’t have the truck I wanted at that moment but he could price it out and give me a call back with numbers on it later on Suffice it to say he never called back and I ended up purchasing at another dealer Four days later he called me back to give me numbers and was upset at me because I didn’t give him a chance , really? Will never give them another chance neither will I recommend this horrible dealer to anyone as a matter of fact I will steer anyone who asks away from it More

He made a potentially intimidating process into a smooth transaction. All over the phone! He was friendly and completely professional. Even though I live in NY I would definitely consider doing business with him again when my lease is up. Perhaps they should consider opening a dealership out here on Long Island! Robbie was so helpful and made this whole process so easy! I contacted him via Facebook about wanting to trade in my 2016 Honda for a new Chevy Equinox, due to being 8 months pregnant and my husband and I wanted a truck before our new addition arrives in August. Robbie ended up getting mine and my husbands contact information and the rest is history! We did most of this deal over the phone since we live almost an hour away from the dealership. It was the best process ever ! When we finally got to the dealership Robbie had papers to go !! All we had to do was sign and change our insurance. It was the best experience we have ever had! I probably visited Robbie once a week for several months before finally making a purchase. Instead of finding me a burden, he was always available to answer any questions I had and knew exactly when I wanted to browse on my own. He never once made me feel pressured to buy. When I was finally ready, Robbie worked with me to make sure I got the best deal possible. He wouldn’t let me leave the lot without being 100% satisfied. The car buying experience Robbie provided me was unrivaled by anything I have dealt with in the past. I will only be making future car purchases through Robbie and I will make sure all my friends and family do to. More
