When Russ realized I would need help from the finance department he brought me to meet Jeff, who was very straightforward with me. I'm not sure exactly how but he worked his magic and together Jeff and Russ found the perfect car that I could reasonably afford. Many years ago I visited Pine Belt and was so annoyed by the salesman's patronizing manner, I walked out. This experience with Bob was 100% on the mark. No pressure, he took the time to address all my concerns and patiently dealt with my indecisiveness regarding final auto choice. All salesman could learn from his attitude toward customers. Also, I give high marks to Robert Sambataro and David Kidd for their non-pressure to close the deal. It was actually enjoyable to negotiate with all of these men. More

My New Equinox we have been dealing with Pinebelt since 2007 and have not had any problems. We have purchased 2 cars since last July (a Trax and our Equinox) and Eugene Pascucci was our salesperson both times. He is quite familiar with the cars and their functions.
