This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, so I took my purchase very serious. I have known Bill Sherman for a number of years, and though I was first interested in a Ford F-150 pickup, after sp I took my purchase very serious. Bill was prepared when I got there, and throghout the entire time I was at the dealership I was handled professionally. I am a hard grader, so for me to give great feedback says more than a lot about my experience. From the time Bill spent with me on the phone before I came in, to my time test driving, to the negotiation and finance, my experience was pleasurable.
