I was so glad I had stopped into the dealership, especially since I was not too happy with the hours I had spent at another one. Prior to stopping here I had gone to another dealership and was not even acknowledged by the sales person I was working with; he just seemed too busy with too many other potential clients and made me waste a whole 1/2 day. When I was at Pinebelt, I was approached by David Kidd and am so glad I was. He had taken into account everything I had needed. He was very personable, professional and directed me to exactly what I needed. He was very prompt and very direct when discussing particulars(one quality I appreciate). My overall experience was excellent although there was a wait for the F&I manager, but when sitting down with him he still was just as professional and kind. I have to admit that I was the most analytical and perhaps overanalytical thinking upon my car buying experience. My partner Chris and I have spent several weeks researching, investigating and comparing prices to crossover SUVs that met our expectations. The Chevy Equinox (2012) was, by far, the most superior SUV we have studied. It blows its competition out of the water. Chris and I were both put at ease once we met our sales associate, DAVID WALTER. As an MBA graduate, customer service, price comparisons and financial expectations were important in our decision-making process. David far exceeded our expectations. He was not only knowledgeable in cars, he knew exactly what our "wants" and "needs" were for the Chevy Equinox. Both Chris AND myself purchases the Chevy Equinox the same day! That's how amazing this professional and personable individual was to us. We enjoyed every experience from the moment we signed our papers to the moment we drove out of the dealership. David's fellow, associate, KEVIN WEBSTER, was incredible as well. They both were able to orient both us with our new vehicles and made us extremely comfortable understanding the new technology and having our vehicles have our own personal touch added to it. Having just moved from NYC to Brick I needed a second car within my budget. Derek was outside the dealership when we arrived at 8 pm and promptly began helping me.
