AMAZING EXPERIENCE Most people refer to buying a car as painful as sitting in a dentist chair having your teeth drilled. I have to say the experience I encountered from start to finish at Pinebelt was exceptional. I was first greeted with a video txt telling me that my vechicle was ready and waiting for my test drive. I though that this was a pleasant surprise and made me feel happy that they were looking forward to meeting me and my husband. Once I arrived I noticed that each and every salesman was a dressed in crisp while shirts and ties. They had smiles on there faces and appeared to really enjoy there workplace. Everyone that entered the showroom was offered a bottle of cold water and fresh baked cookies that made the showroom smell amazing. My decision was between two different trucks. In order to help me decide they parked them side by side so that I could sit, look, and see both of them. Unfortunately my credit is not the best, so I was concerned about the outcome of me leaving with the truck I wanted, but the Sales Mgr. David Kidd, said keep smiling and let me do my job Angel Vazquez (My Salesman) will take care of this and I promise we will make it work, and they kept there word. I left with the truck I wanted and I couldn't be happier. They all made the experience painless. I was happy with everything from start to finish. My husband and I even said if you make this happen I will buy you a cheesesteak and he said deal. So when we left the dealership with my 2014 White Suburban I made my first stop at the pizzeria to buy that cheesesteak. Angel was surprised that we held to our word. I went here originally to look at a different car, but Darryl showed me a 2004 Ford Escape that was 2K cheaper and in MUCH better condition. It didn't need any repairs, unlike the other car. They told me that they wanted me to get the best deal possible, and I did. I ended up paying about $4,000 less than I had anticipated! The car is in great shape, and everybody there is so friendly! You could tell that they definitely want what's best for you. Darryl and Hoss took good care of me. I would definitely recommend Pine Belt Lakewood Chevy to everyone else! More

BEST SALES ASSOCIATE I had been researching prices and safety of various cars while looking for a first vehicle for my daughter. I went to Pine Belt after seeing the car I I had been researching prices and safety of various cars while looking for a first vehicle for my daughter. I went to Pine Belt after seeing the car I was interested in on their website. I'd been to other dealerships prior and had poor experiences and had been treated like a "dumb woman" and was ready to have the same...BUT, at Pine Belt, I was shown the exact car I wanted to see..no one pressured me into looking at more expensive cars nor one they felt I "could afford". I was able to spend the amount I had predetermined. The sales associate, Frank Trombatura, made my daughter and I feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process....it was like hanging out with family. Where else do you get hot chocolate and cookies served to you while also getting a fantastic deal(car was offered to me at a price way below book value). Frank was very personable, friendly and informative throughout the process. It was just an overall great experience. Thankyou so much! More
