Buying/Leasing a car can be such a headache and very stressful. I was not looking forward to the hassle it brings. But when I walked into the showroom and encountered the friendly service especially f stressful. I was not looking forward to the hassle it brings. I had recently gotten into an accident and totalled my vehicle and didn't have a large amount of money on hand. I told Rob what I was able to afford and he did everything in his power to keep it in that price range. I can't express how kind and sincere he was during the whole process. It felt like I was dealing with a old friend. This is now my second vehicle purchased at Pine Belt and I have to admit I don't believe I would go anywhere else. First, buying a new (or pre-owned) vehicle can be an overwhelming process, and Joe not only made the experience easier, his personality made it seem like I was having coffee with an old friend, which made for a much less stressful buying experience. Joe recognized that I, and my wife really liked the Chrysler minivan we were looking at, and spent hours trying to negotiate with the bank on our behalf. During the wait time, he came out and bantered with me about daily life, jobs, children, ect, and once again made a normally stressful experience much more relaxing. Ray in the financial office was also very friendly, and took the time to explain everything that I signing, and the processes we were undertaking. A guy with a friendly attitude like his is an asset in a financial office. At the conclusion of the sale, David Walter took me out to my new car, and gave an "all points" demonstration that was absolutely wonderful; this was great because that sale was already finished, and still the great service continued. And what a great car it turned out to be....From start to finish, the experience of shopping, and then buying from Pine Belt was a pleasure. Joe and David's great service made the difference in how I think about buying a pre-owned car, and when I return in the spring to purchase a pickup, I will be sure to look for those two guys again.
