About 2 years ago, we bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu from Pinebelt Chevrolet Lakewood. Guy Gilbert was our salesman at that time. We were very happy with the service from him at that time. We told him about our unfortunate incident, told him exactly what we were looking for and what price range we wanted to be in and he completed that successfully. He was an advocate for us before we even spoke with the finance person, Ray. Because of our unfortunate incident, we realized how important GAP insurance was to us, but we still needed to be in the same price range as our current monthly payment. Ray was able to negotiate with the bank, get us the gap insurance with a car that we are happy with and only paying $5.00 more each month for a 2013 Chevy Malibu. Thank you. More
