Ryan Concord was top shelf. Never once did I feel like I was the next customer on his list. In fact, Ryan went out of his way to make me feel like I was the only person he was dealing with. He worked hard to get me affordable financing -- and that was not east. He worked hard to find a car that would suit my needs and budget. Once we found a vehicle, he personally test drove it. He heard a noise and made sure the service department check it thoroughly. He noticed water in the tail lights and went to the extra effort to have them replaced as well. What I appreciated most was the fact that Ryan did not use what I call: Dealer spiel. I didn't feel like he was saying anything necessary to get me to buy the car. He answered questions thoroughly. He stayed with me through the entire process and never once handed me off to anyone. I also greatly appreciated that he returned every telephone call I made to him promptly.
