We have been looking for a while and hoping to find a good deal. My husband immediately went on line and visited the website of our local Chevy dealer, Pine Belt Lakewood. He chatted on line with Carol from the Internet department and within minutes she confirmed the offer. We told her we did not want to waste time at the dealership if it wasn't the right price. She confirmed by telephone and we went to dealership. There we were greeted by David Walter, a sales manager. He assured us that we could work out the deal and introduced us to Dave Kidd. Well to make it short...we walked out with our brand new Equinox about 2 hours later! Not only was the price exactly as stated and met our budget, but we were totally and completely overwhelmed with the professionalism, straight forwardness and sincereity of the entire staff.
