I went to Pine belt Chevy in lakewood Nj because I had been to over twenty dealers and they all tried to put me in a car I didnt want or like and they said they couldn't work with me on the financing. I read some reviews about a dealer in wood bridge who kept calling me and was horrified at the reviews so I started reading reviews about pine belt and gave it a shot,It was really the best decision I have ever made! Rob Sambataro was the first and only sales man I dealt with he kept me updated on what was going on,and asked many times if I was comfortable and if he could get me anything,He was really a great personable guy. Someone who knew what he was talking about and worked for hours to get me a great deal on my 2013 Chevy Cruze LS. Even gave me his personal cell number to call him if I had questions or any problems. I had some health problems and was out of work getting well so getting a loan was really hard but he and the great team at Pinebelt Chevy did everything to help me get into the car I wanted for the price I wanted Thank you all for the great service.The care and compasion you showed me, and I will definatly be back for my next purchase and will tell everyone to go see rob at PineBelt! I went to the Pine Belt Dealership with my Brother because he had an extra key for the car he turned in when he bought a car from Frank two weeks ago. After asking for quotes on a Chevy Cruze from a computer website, one of the many responses I had was from Ryan Concord. I selected his to answer mainly because I had gotten my previous Chevy ( Aveo ) at P website, one of the many responses I had was from Ryan Concord. I selected his to answer mainly because I had gotten my previous Chevy ( Aveo ) at Pine Belt in Lakewood and I thought it would be easiest to start there again. My situation seemed complicated ( to me ) so I briefly explained it, and said I really didn't have much availability to come in to get a new car. Ryan wrote back and said he could help me, and after another e-mail or two, I said I could BRIEFLY stop in that afternoon. When I got there, I honestly had half an hour until I needed to be out the door and on to the next thing. In that time, Ryan got my car appraised, copied my license, insurance and registration, got the process started, showed me a couple cars, and we even managed to talk about people we both knew. Ryan said he would contact me the following day, and I said I could stop back in, quickly. Within an hour, I had a text from him, saying I was approved and could get a car. I was 100% shocked !! I've had all sorts of car buying experiences from absolute nightmares to pretty good, but I have NEVER gotten a car so painlessly EVER. I admit to being a pretty easy customer, my 2 requirements this time were "automatic and pretty ", but I've often felt that my lack of car knowledge has occasionally caused me to get less than a great deal. When Ryan told me what my payments would be, I was shocked again. We hadn't really even discussed this in much detail, he just made it happen. I went in the next day, signed the papers immediately, and left with a new car in less than 40 minutes. I had never spent less than 3 hours getting a car, and have often spent far longer. I have been asked to put more money down to make the deal work on several occasions and have always felt like no matter how much I say I can afford, it always ends up being more than that. None of that happened this time. Ryan was professional, personable, punctual, and I honestly felt like all the things that mattered to me, mattered to him. Not only do I love my "pretty" blue Cruze, and all the features that came with it, but this was the most amazing car buying experience I have had in 40 years of driving. In the past I've had a variety of cars.. a Geo Metro, VW Beetle, Honda Civic... I car shopped anywhere with no real reason, but I will now buy any future cars from Ryan Concord at Pine Belt in Lakewood and will recommend both Ryan and this dealership to anyone I know looking to get a new car. This was a completely amazing experience ! More
