I do not know of a more honest and caring car dealership. You feel like you are family when entering the door no matter who greets you. Our vehicle needs are always met, no matter how large or small. We are modest people but always feel we are treated with great respect whether buying an expensive auto or one from the used car lot. Our salesman, Adam Wielebinski, has gone out of his way to find a vehicle suited to our needs all the time. The consistency of superior service is never ending. What a great suprise in Lakewood! As a Toms River resident I have been purchasing my Chevrolets at the one on rt 37 for years. Without fail, everytime I go it is like pulling teeth. Needless to say when I realized I needed a truck I was not looking forward to it. I knew my closest store was now called Lester Glenn and in town we hear much advertisement of the "Lester Glenn Experiance" so I guess I was a little curious heading in, and hopeful that this time would be different. Usually I put up with the bad service, the bad deal, and just drive off with my chevys because we are a loyal chevy family for 3 generations. Let's just say that the "Lester Glenn Experiance" left so much to be desired that I actually almost left and bought a Ford just to spite them! (My grandfather rolling in his grave is the only reason i didnt) I'm not one thats big on change, but i decided to take the short drive to Lakewood and try Pine Belt Chevrolet before I did something I would regret. Im so happy I did. Honestly, I was a little intimidated by the size of the place, so I kept my distance and stuck to the lot with my gaurd up as I went through the trucks. Thats when a little fire cracker named Ryan Concord approached me. He was friendly and professional, and within the first 30 seconds not only did I realize I found a real salesperson, but actually felt like I just made a friend in the car buisness. I thought I knew my Chevy's but this guys knowledge of them just astounded me. In fact he taught me so much, we were able to curtail my vehicle selection and I prob saved more money finding the perfect truck than I ever would have hoped for him to come off the price. After that it was all gravy. He finally got me a car loan I can be proud of and I swear this guy was just as excited and proud to be selling a chevy truck as I was in buying one from him. Lester Glenn almost lost me for life and Ryan Concord and Pine Belt got me back. Not only will I be buying all my cars off Ryan, and not only will i recommend my friends and family, but I will also recommend him to anyone who needs a vehicle at all. In fact when he told me how long hes been working, really just up the road from me, I felt a little foolish I hadnt come sooner. More

UPON ENTERING THE DEALERSHIP THE NEXT DAY, I MET DAVID THE SALES MANAGER WHO INTRODUCED ME TO DEREK AND THUS MY ADVENTURE BEGAN! THIS WAS TRULY A GREAT AND FUN EXPERIENCE. I DISCUSSED WITH DEREK MY WISH LIST AND HE PLEASANTLY AND EXCITEDLY RESPONDED WITH A TEST DRIVE IN THE CAR OF MY DREAMS. HE SPENT MORE THAN SIX HOURS EXPLAINING ALL THE FEATURES THIS MODEL HAD TO OFFER AS WE CRUISED THE ROADS AND PARKWAY ON A BEAUTIFUL DAY. I will definitely be purchasing all my vehicles from this dealership in the future and will be informing family and friends as well. We did a cash purchase on a vehicle from out of state and they refused to allow us to register the vehicle on our own. Now, eight weeks after we paid for and picked up the vehicle (using a one-wat transit pl they refused to allow us to register the vehicle on our own. Now, eight weeks after we paid for and picked up the vehicle (using a one-wat transit plate), they call us to tell us we owe more in fees due to the out of state registration. We are now expected to pay a total of $290 more than it would have cost for us to register the vehicle ourselves and we still don't have the plates, registration, or title. Ridiculous. I would never recommend or do business with them again. More

Bottom line terrible visit to Pine Belt. I called a week prior to have service on my tahoe. Girl on phone indicated a 8-8:30 am service setup. I was told that she would make sure a warranty product (washer fluid resivoir) would be there for my visit the next week and my other issues (recall item) would be taken care of. I also told her that I needed a loaner vehicle. She told me to call to verify the night before or morning of. Today was my service call. I went on the website and started calling at 7:30 am as it states on the website. The phone call system indicated I was first in line for the next service associate. I hung up after 15 minutes and tried again. I then called 5 more time with the same answer until 8 am. At this point I figured something was wrong and started to use my onstar remote app on my phone. It indicates a phone number to call for Pine Belt as my dealership. Unfortunately that phone number is missing number digits so that phone number is also bad. At approx 8:10 am I was onsite. To my surprise the greeter could not find my appointment. He was very nice. I indicated the problem to him on the phone issue and said the manager would be over to talk with me. Meantime the onsite repairman found my appointment set at 9:45 (not 8:30) He indicated that they did not have the item I needed nor had any info regarding a loaner car. At this point I was extremely upset and asked to talk again with the manager. I find out that the manager was just walking around and did not even bother to take the time (initially when I asked the first time) to assist me. He finally accepted that a customer was upset and came over. The manager gaveNo introduction, No appology, just "we are aware of the phone problem and give him a car" I would perceve this as "I really don't care about anything you need nor care about feed back from a client. At that point I have been onsite for over 45 minutes to drop off a car and get a loaner. My tech guy then tells me that the loaner care will be here shortly. I stood there for another 20 minutes waiting. I finally told the greeter to get my care and I am leaving. I too have to work during the day and cannot wait to be serviced when Pine Belt feels like it. Bottom line as I said before Pine Belt service does not care nor want to help their clients. If I ran my company this way I would be out of business. Also, I own a company and will make sure all my employees are aware of this issue and recommend to all that business with Pine Belt is not a wise decision. Our company bought 4 new vechicles this past year (2 from Pine Belt) They will be the last. The reason I purchased vehicles from PineBelt was I needed a great care and great service. 1 of 2 is missing. More
First new car buying experience. Derek was very accommodating during the entire visit, always made sure we were comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer any questions I had during the test drive and when setting up the MyLink/Bluetooth/OnStar. Mike was also helpful and very courteous when working with me on financing options and payments. Ray made the paperwork part of the experience a breeze by explaining everything I was signing (I was confident in everything because he explained it and gave me plenty of time to read over it all) and he made the process quick. I never felt rushed or pressured while there. Overall a great experience, would buy my next vehicle here. More
