Changed my fellings on Dealership. We had verbal agreement to cash down payment when tax return came back. Dealership went and cashed check. Overdrawn bank account. When I called Guy. I first purchased my used vehicle from Guy about 2 years ago when my credit was not good at all and I desperately needed a reliable vehicle. A year and half later they called me (as they promised) and offered to get me in a new vehicle at a better interest rate. Again, they did what they said and as before were very honest and professional with the deal. They make auto shopping a much more pleasant experience than I had in the past, Guy is one of the nicest salespeople I have worked with and Jeff adds alot of "fun" to the experience. My wife and I stopped at PineBelt chevrolet on sat 1/7/12 to check on a new 2012 chevrolet Equinox. Mark Cohen greeted us and asked what we were interested in. I told him the model, color and options we wan to check on a new 2012 chevrolet Equinox. Mark Cohen greeted us and asked what we were interested in. We went for a test drive and during the drive he pointed out all the features of this model. when we got back to the showroom I asked for his bottom line price and told him what I had in mind. after speaking with a mgr Mark returned and said we could drive the car home that day for that price. I told him I would like to sleep on it, he accepted that and applied no pressure. on monday, 1/9/12 Mark called and I told him we were happy with the deal and could take delivery on tuesday i/10/12. when we arrived tuesday the car was cleaned gassed and ready to go. we were taken to the service dept and met the mgr. Mark went through the manual with us, activated Onstar. after signing all the papers, which was another painless experience we drove home. Mark could not have been nicer or more congenial.
