When my husband and I needed to get rid of a car that just did not work for us, over joyed was not my first reaction. Pulling onto Pine Belt Chevrolet, again, not overly excited. We were then greeted my just did not work for us, over joyed was not my first reaction. Pulling onto Pine Belt Chevrolet, again, not overly excited. We were then greeted my a salesman named David Walter. I thought to myself, here we go again...boy was I wrong. David was warm, friendly, did not give off that stereotypical car salesman feel. We explained our situation, budget, wants and do not wants. Within a half hour David found us 4 cars right for us. We narrowed this to one and with David's help were able to get this down to a more than fair price as well as getting top dollar for our trade in. Not once did I feel pressure to go out of our price range or that David was looking out for anyone but my husband and me. He knew every feature, the whole experience was amazing. From start to finish, we were there under 2 hrs and left in a beautiful car we felt great about. My attitude about buying a car has completely changed. We will absolutely be back to see David when we need to buy again. Thank you David and Pine Belt Chevrolet! More

This was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I felt like my salesman David was actually listening to me and not just trying to make a sale. Salesman was knowledgable, polite, and helpfull. He was very patient and understanding. There was no pressure to buy something that I did not want. We took four vehicles out for test drives. Both sales associates we dealt with made us feel extremely comfortable. Both provided friendly and professional service and were easy to talk to. i needed a oil change and a gas level sensor guage does not work properly i ran out of gas on pkwy with guauge reading 1/4 tank left so five hours later you would think the customers that had to wait that not work properly i ran out of gas on pkwy with guauge reading 1/4 tank left so five hours later you would think the customers that had to wait that long you would offer them a soda or snack not only did thay find a license plate bulb out but did not for the THIRD time reset oil change on dash seems like there looking for more things that i have too pay for then doing the job right that im paying for the right way three times on oil changes they didnt reset dash you would thinks that they would just put in the bulb because i had to stay for five hrs it would have killed them for a bulb ???? More
