My experience at Pine Belt was terrific. I thought buying a new car would be very traumatic, and I had been to other area Chevy dealerships. From the moment I walkedthrough the door, to the test driv buying a new car would be very traumatic, and I had been to other area Chevy dealerships. Changed my fellings on Dealership. We had verbal agreement to cash down payment when tax return came back. Dealership went and cashed check. Overdrawn bank account. When I called Guy. I first purchased my used vehicle from Guy about 2 years ago when my credit was not good at all and I desperately needed a reliable vehicle. They got me what I needed, when I needed it, and were extremely u ago when my credit was not good at all and I desperately needed a reliable vehicle. They got me what I needed, when I needed it, and were extremely upfront, honest and easy to work with. A year and half later they called me (as they promised) and offered to get me in a new vehicle at a better interest rate. Again, they did what they said and as before were very honest and professional with the deal. They make auto shopping a much more pleasant experience than I had in the past, Guy is one of the nicest salespeople I have worked with and Jeff adds alot of "fun" to the experience. I would definetely go back to this dealership and work with Guy in the future! More
