I recently purchased a 2009 Chevy Impala. Frank was friendly, outgoing and very helpful. I told him exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and a particular amount of mileage I wanted, in no friendly, outgoing and very helpful. The only thing I didnt realize when I got home was that they signed me up for a 4 yr, not a 3 yr loan like I originally asked for.
