I bought a 2012 Tahoe on Monday, 4/30/12. Jared was my finance guy and was very knowledgeable and informative. He discussed fully the benefits of Gap Insurance and an extended "bumper-to-bumper" warranty finance guy and was very knowledgeable and informative. He discussed fully the benefits of Gap Insurance and an extended "bumper-to-bumper" warranty, over the original 3-years, 36,000 miles. I took the Gap Insurance, but declined the extended warranty because of its cost and resultant increase in my monthly payments. I departed the dealership at about 9PM. This morning at approximately 11:30 AM, Jared phoned me to let me know he was able to get a lower rate on my loan, from the night before. In effect, his efforts allowed me to extend my bumper-to-bumper coverage for an additional year and an additional 24,000 miles for absolultely nothing. That what I call going the extra yard! My name is William Langley and I have been a resident of Lakewood, NJ for the past 17 years. Since I have lived here in NJ I have purchased my last five vehicles from Pine Belt. The last two purchases were by far the most pleasurable buying experiences that I have had in my 84 years of age, and the sole reason for that is an individual by the name of Eric. I first met this gentlemen when he was working at there Subaru dealership. We had hit it off immediately. I purchased two cars since then from him. He is not the typical car salesman type. He worked with me on my trade-ins and gave me the best deal possible the first time non of that back and forth stuff that they usually pull. This made it soo easy. The best part of the deal was how he kept in touch with me after the purchase and made sure that everything was good and all the promises were kept. I recommend this dealer to everyone. I have given the dealership an excellent rating because from the initial phone call looking for the Corvette to the actual purchase,everyone that I dealt with was friendly & informative especially Ryan Con from the initial phone call looking for the Corvette to the actual purchase,everyone that I dealt with was friendly & informative especially Ryan Concord. Ryan let me take the vehicle for a test drive & upon returning, he spent a great deal of time with me explaining the ins & outs of the Corvette. He thoroughly went over BlueTooth, OnStar, all controls and how to remove, install and store the roof. Even after the purchase, Ryan was patient & generous with his time, helping me in every way he could including getting a booklet explaining the Navigation System which was missing from the car when I purchased it.
