My wife and I had been in the market of looking for a pre-owned Suburban with low mileage. We drove through the lot, saw that there was quite a few trucks to choose from, we decided to go in and speak to pre-owned Suburban with low mileage. After describingour finincial situation (including our up-sied-down trade in) he told us "I don't want to waste your time, we just can't get anywhere near the price you're looking for." We thanked him for his time and honesty and got ready to leave. As we were pulling out, Frank came running out the front door and asked us to give him 5 minutes, that he had an idea and that he wanted to run some numbers really quickly. Frank ended up getting us a brand new Suburban utilizing interest and rebate incentives. Purchasing a car is never a pleasure to do, but Frank honestly worked "with" us rather than against us. He worked in our interest battling the finance department on our behalf to help get us an affordable deal. He was very accomodating and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will/would certainly go to Frank again for our next car purchase. More

My purchase experience at Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood started with an Internet inquiry at around noon on Friday, April 6, 2012. I was immediately contacted by Marina Nikovic, Internet Coordinator via ph started with an Internet inquiry at around noon on Friday, April 6, 2012. I was immediately contacted by Marina Nikovic, Internet Coordinator via phone and e-mail letting me know that the 2012 Camaro I was interested in was in stock and available for a test drive that afternoon. I spoke with Marina to set up an appointment and arrived at the dealership at 4:00 PM. I was met by Paul Ashley who immediately took me to see the car and take it for a test ride. The car was amazing and after the test drive Paul and I started to work out the financial details which included trading in my old car. I had done my homework and knew a fair price for the Camaro as well as the trade-in value of my old car and the GMAC finance options that were available. Paul worked out the numbers with the Pine Belt management team and returned to go over the details with me. They valued the trade-in within $2.00 of what I had calculated and the car price was right on target as well. I told Paul that we had a deal and they immediately started to work on getting the car ready for delivery. At the same time Paul and I completed all of the paperwork which including having my insurance transferred. I then met with Ray Robinson, Finance Manger, to sign all of the documents and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and pressure free this experience was. The car was ready around 7:00 PM and as I was cleaning out the interior of my old car, Paul and another salesman actually transferred the contents of my trunk from the old car to the new car. Eric came out to insure that I was 100% satisfied with the entire experience and to wish me luck with my new car. Overall this experience was completely stress free (even easy?) and far exceeded my last purchase experience at a local Acura dealer. Based on the experience described above, I would definitely recommend Paul and the Pine Belt Chevy team to anyone in the market for a car. More
I didn't expect to drive home with a car today when I came in, but Kevin made that possible and I was able to get the car I was hoping for. Pine Belt is a top notch organization.
