Went to Pinebelt looking for a used cae for my daughter who just turned 17. Didn't see anything she liked so we started looking a new ones knowing this was not in her budget. Overall a good buying experience. Sales associate was a stand up guy and didnt have the "car salesmen" feel. I do not like the negotiating that takes place at ALL car dealers and they should just have a sa stand up guy and didnt have the "car salesmen" feel. To whom it may concern, A few weels back I went to so many car dealers and was very unhappy with what they offered me in terms of vehicles, and what I needed mine for. I went to Pine Belt in Lakewood, expecting the same treatment instead I was greeted with smiles and great "welcomes", by the staff members.I was already impressed. I was out in the lot, just looking and a very, very nice guy came to my aid. Rob Sambataro was the only person who actually cared about what I needed in a vehicle,compared to the other places I went. He was a real Trooper dealing with me, I was so unsure of what I thought would fit me best and he made everything so easy and pleasant and found me the perfect vehicle. I was so pleased I bought my daughter a car also the same day as to deal with just Rob. He made me and my daughter extremely happy and I would HIGHLY recommend him to friends and family.
