I was looking for a SUV and I had gone to other dealerships, I had a bad experience with one I thought I had a deal on a Jeep was told that I did, They contacted my insurance so we could insure the dealerships, I had a bad experience with one I thought I had a deal on a Jeep was told that I did, They contacted my insurance so we could insure the Jeep I took it home the same night but it was a very long process and I told the salesman that I had to get up early for work and he just kept saying just a few more minutes, I finally did take the Jeep home had it for a few days and was told that we did not have a deal and had to bring it back get my car back that i traded in and call my insurance company all over. I got a call from pine belt so i gave it a try, Carter was my salesman and I told him of the experience that I had and he re-assured me that that would not happen again. Well he worked very had my situation was not the best and instead of getting a used car I was told that I could get a brand NEW Malibu. This was by far the greatest news that I have had, and I am very Happy with my NEW car. Carter was a GREAT help in getting me in a car and everything that he had told me happened. I was on the hunt for my dream truck, a Chevrolet trailblazer SS. I very hard truck to come by! I was lucky this dealer had the truck and as soon as I arrived, I knew I would buy the truck. David and the team took care of me and just recently got my friend into a car also. I love my truck and the guys at pine belt and my next purchase will from Pine Belt Chevy. When I arrived they said the truck wasn't available so I left. I got a call a hour later saying they did have the truck and to come in. I got there and saw the truck and it was super clean! But a salesman from the suburb side tried to help me. The worst experience ever! He didn't know anything about the truck and told me, decent credit score and blank capital one check worth 26,000 that I couldn't get the truck which was priced at 18995. I left immediately when he asked for 4000 dollars down. I received another call and they asked why didn't I arrive and I told them that I did see the truck and they screamed noooooo that wasn't our sales team and to come back. Eric the sales manager then directed me to David Kidd. Great guy great person! Never made the purchase feel awkward or make it seem like a was buying a car at all! He made it enjoyable and easy! So to make a long story short, I got a great deal on my trade in plus my dream truck and today I liked them so much, I had a coworker to down and he got a car today and another buying next week! Professional all the way and answered every question I or my wife had. I had a trade-in value in my mind and it was met. I had a bottom line price and that was met with no 20 times back and forth that most car buyers will understand. This car is mainly for my wife and David understood some things that might be important to her and not as much too me, which was great again. All the employees we met were very professional yet friendly. We purchased a new Chevy Malibu LTZ and am sure we will be very happy. Thank you David and I will recommend Pine Belt and you specificly.
