Carter contacted us regarding a promotion that Chevrolet was having that we qualified for and we set up an appointment for the same evening. Carter showed us exactly the car with the options we requested and then made the numbers process very easy. He listened to what we had to say and worked with our requirements. It was nice that we only dealt with Carter and he did his best along with the dealership to meet our goal. The other people in the dealership were very friendly as well, they all talked and were very nice to our toddler who was with us. The dealership was clean and everyone made us feel welcome. We had to go back the next morning to drop off some documentation and found that everyone was very welcoming again. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. There was no pressure to buy and when I did find the car I liked, the Salesman allowed me to take it for a drive and then stop at my wi buying a car. Dan and Frank were both so helpful when we came to purchase a car for my boyfriend in the evening on the last saturday of the month. We had a very pleasant experience. Doug Barnes was our salesman and we had a very good rapport with him. He was most courteous and showed us everything we wanted to see.
