Frank is a great salesman. I have bought 3 cars from him and would not go to anybody else. He didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford. Wasn't pushy just down to earth and a great guy. I generally don't do this but when you get exceptional service it needs to be said. I had a problem when putting gas into the car. The gas pump kept shutting off when the tank was still not filled. I came home and called Pine Belt Service in Lakewood and spoke to the service mgr. I asked if i could drop the car off to have checked. "Absolutely" was the response. I drop the car off. That next morning I received a call that not only did they find the problem, they also notice they had just received a recall on an item and fixed that too. The problem was fixed and the recall was also done. Everything was explain and the entire experience was painless and actually very much to my satisfaction. I really appreciate the service both Bob Domolki and Don Kerr provided. Hard to find these days. They have a customer that trusts and appreciates their service. Larry Durso More

I bought my vehicle in march and it was a great buying experiance . My sales person who does not work there was amazing ( her name is Carrie Elyea) . I bought the new Chevy Cruze ( great car) .I was away from Chevy for 10 years and Carrie brought me back. Well here is the bad part . I went to Pinebelt in lakewood on Saturday May 14, 2011 to have my new cell phone added to my car( my salesperson added my phone within minutes and showed me how but I am bad with that stuff). I spoke to a manager and saw sales people everywhere just hanging out.... he told me he did not know how to do it. The manager asked the other sales people and they asked who's customer I was .I was told by the manager that nobody knew how to add a phone. I am still shocked.....all those people hanging out knew how. I was told to come back monday ......I guess the people who work on Saturday all need training . Chevy is a great brand but PINEBELT CHEVY IN LAKEWOOD NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! More
