Over the past twenty years I’ve encountered salespeople with some of these qualities, but not ALL of these wrapped into one: patience with questions and details, efficiency in getting things done, resourcefulness with resolving glitches, attentiveness to what the customer is looking for, courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, good communication, and honesty - and a calm vibe throughout. Anna was great and very accommodating. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family. Overall the entire buying experience was great.
