Tomas Gonzalez was great. As I told Tomas that I would never come bace for an oil change because they are too expensive. It cost $86.00 for an oil change which no one charges. As I told Tomas that I would never come bace for an oil change because they are too expensive. It cost $86.00 for an oil change which no one charges. I can go several places for 25.00 for an oil change and they rotate your tires at every oil change. More

Where is the Dept Manager??? I do not recommend their service department. Especially, the MIA service department manager , Andy Favata. We have a 2019 Traverse with 5,000 miles I do not recommend their service department. Especially, the MIA service department manager , Andy Favata. We have a 2019 Traverse with 5,000 miles on it. All of the sounds stopped working (radio, blinkers, backup notifications). We brought the car in for servicing on 8/19 for a 9am appointment. I called at 3:30 for a status update, only to be told they don’t have the part. Turns out, the part is on backorder and they can not provide us with an estimated part delivery. Weeks go by, no update. We start calling and are not given any answers, so we ask for the manager and are sent to his voicemail. For THREE DAYS we are trying to get in touch with the manager and he never calls us back or is available. Day four, we call again and they say we can come right in, the part is available, however, we need to leave the car there overnight, but they can not provide a loaner car for us for another FIVE days. ??? We now have an appointment 9/11. So it took 24 days to have our new car serviced and we still have not heard from the Service Dept Manager, Andy Favata. #WheresAndy More
Great Team !!! First I want to name my Service Writer/Foreman John Ferrao, next my A Tech Fred Wagner. They have serviced my 1982 Chevy Corvette over the past month. I took it there because I needed some maintenance works done Oil change ,headlight vacuum repair. The service personnel was outstanding ! they repaired and inspected my car like it was their own took care of my issues and give me fair pricing on the repairs. They also pointed out other work to address at a future date. I'm sure its not everyday a 82 Vette pulls in the drive thru, But the professionalism I received was like non other I've received from other dealers in the past. Pine Belt does a great job making you feel very welcome and in good hands. I highly recommend them and trust them to handle my Vette in the future! More

The worst buying experience ever !!!! I had bought a Chevy Colorado from Pine Belt two weeks ago and was very surprised when Pine Belt said the best interest rate they could offer me was 5 I had bought a Chevy Colorado from Pine Belt two weeks ago and was very surprised when Pine Belt said the best interest rate they could offer me was 5.84% over 84 months or 5.99% over 72 months. Keep in mind I have a fico score north of 750. Today, I came home and had a letter from one of the banks that Pine Belt contacted and was able to find out that Pine Belt actually had a rate under 4% and marked my loan up that much. I'm also disgusted that Pine Belt pulled the window sticker off and never showed it to me, it turns out the low price they shopped was higher then a comparable truck. Stay away from Pine Belt there are other dealers that have much better ethics More
STAY AWAY!! We had bought a 2014 Ram and the thing was just riddled with recall notices. Due to the size of this truck we could only get it in at Pine Belt Chevrolet Service for the recall work. Up to the point that we took the truck in it drove like new. Not one single issue. One of the recalls was for an exhaust sensor and the other was for a tie bar bracket. They claimed to have fixed both but as soon as we left the lot all these messages came across the screen about the Regen not working. NEVER had we had this problem until then. Took it back in, no help. Took it to outside shops and was quoted $3,000!! Now, the tie bar bracket... within 30 minutes of getting the truck back we are on 70 going about 45 mph and we noticed a shimmy on the front end. Called Drew at the Service Center and he said we just needed an alignment. Took it in, got it aligned and then 2 months later had to replace the front tires due to uneven wear. Outside shop couldn't figure out why this truck kept needing alignments. Pine Belt refused to help us with these issues and eventually stopped returning our calls. Neither one of these was covered under warranty so we were out almost $3,700 in repairs that were not needed until we took our truck to these incompetent repair men. STAY AWAY from the service center!! More

They did not h The sale team at Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood were mediocre at best. While they have enthusiastic personalities, it's all just a show. They did not honor advertised pricing (typical bait & switch, to get you into the dealership) but were helpful in negotiating agreeable terms. They make a big production of each sale/lease by putting your photo on the their large screen monitors, within the showroom and playing very loud obnoxious music after closing a deal (quite embarrassing if you ask me). Now, I'm not one to typically give negative reviews, as I usually just let things be if I have a bad experience with a particular business but in this case, I felt a review was warranted. The obnoxiousness of the sales team here at Pine Belt would not have swayed me from returning to this dealership, when I was ready to purchase my next vehicle, however their service dept will absolutely discourage you form returning. The sales dept at Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood, NJ has probably the worst customer service skills that I have ever encountered. They are rude, disrespectful and down right nasty. My truck tire suffered a blow out on the interior sidewall, with 6,300 miles on it and I was basically told that I'm a liar and that I must have hit a pothole, so the blowout would not be covered under warranty and a new tire would cost $208.00. When I stated that I didn't feel as though blowouts were common on the inside wall of a tire, even if I hit a pothole, the truck only had 6,300 miles on it, so could the wear be prorated, I was promptly told "No". Then I proceeded to inquire as to the warranty on the tire through the manufacturer (Good Year) and Pine Belt service team refused to contact Good Year, stating "Maam, you hit a pothole. A new tire is $208.00 and maybe you should watch more closely where your driving".....we'll I was pissed! I had the spare tire on the truck, so I promptly drove it to an authorized Good Year tire retailer, and guess what...............Good Year covered the cost to not only repair the tire but they replaced it with a brand new tire, as they themselves inspected the damaged tire and found it to be a manufacturer defect!!! If I had listened to Pine Belt service dept., I would've spent $208.00 on a new tire and that would've been the end of it. Now, it wasn't the cost of the tire, it was the mere fact that Pine Belt dealership was not standing behind their product and not even attempting to make a simple phone call into the tire manufacturer to exhaust all possible resolutions. After my tire was relpaced by the independent Good Year retailer that I had brought it to, I called Pine Belt service dept. to speak to the manager. Well, after explaining my issue, the manager raised his voice and told me that his service team did nothing wrong and that they make the decisons on if they want to cover damages or not and do not have to call anyone else to see if coverage is available. I obviously let him know that wasn't a good way to conduct business in order to maintain clients..... he cursed at me and then hung up the phone. Needless to say, if this is the way Pine Belt treats their clients, I will never step foot into any Pine Belt delaership again, and neither should you. More
Chevy’s Shining Knight Saves the Day!!! No Truck, No Ride, No problem!! I brought my truck in for service on Friday and the repair needed took longer then anticipated. Unfortunately there wa No Truck, No Ride, No problem!! I brought my truck in for service on Friday and the repair needed took longer then anticipated. Unfortunately there was no loner car available so I was told to call again Monday. Stressed out I tried again on Monday for a loner and they were still out. I needed to get to work today and had no way to get there. Well after today Marvel should add Robbie to the Super hero list. I called him up and told him my woes. After 5 minutes, I get a call back with a loner car waiting for me to pick. Oh wait! The service doesn’t stop there...Robbie ALSO picks me up at my house and personally drives me back to the service dealership. If anyone had any doubts that customer services stops after the deal, this experience will quickly put that to rest. Chevy hold on tight to this guy, he’s a diamond. Pinebelt word of advice- Make Robbie a manager! He’s been doing the job without the title. More

The dealership kept my vehicle for eight weeks and only after the first two weeks, decided that it would be okay to give me loaner vehicle. I spent money out of pocket for a rental car for the first two weeks. once I got my truck back, I was about to drive off and noticed the steering was not right, making noise and not calibrated to the tires. I told the service department and they advised me that it was test driven and that it may just be air in the lines. After I personally had them come out and turn the steering wheel, they took the truck back in and told me that the steering rack was broken. Again, something that should have been diagnosed when they test drove it. I was about to drive onto a highway with broken steering. After being without my truck for eight weeks, I had enough and wanted my vehicle back. They returned the vehicle to me with a check engine light still on and the engine had reduced power. I hope that future potential customers view this and think long and hard about picking this dealership for their service needs. The vehicle was returned dirty on the inside and essentially not operable. I can only hope that this review can serve as training moment for the dealership on how not to service a vehicle. I contacted the better business bureau and am fully intend to file a complaint with them. More
