I came in for an oil change and the 27 point safety check. My check engine light was on so I agreed to pay $100.00 to have that diagnosed. I was told I needed $1584.00 in repairs. I told Mr. Winand I needed to think about having the repairs done on this old car. I went to the cashier to pay and was told my bill was $248 insteda of the 168 I expected. The cashier called Mr. Winand who then corrected the mistake. When I read the reciept I relalized it was missing the prices for the sugested repairs, I was told to find Mr. Winand who wrote the prices on the reciept by hand. There were no diagnostic codes on the reciept and when I got home I realized I didn't have the 27 point safety check. Mr. Winand told me as I was walking out that if I had the repairs done he would give me various credits and discounts but he didn't put anything in writing. I felt rushed and that I didn't get what I came in for. More

i needed a oil change and a gas level sensor guage does not work properly i ran out of gas on pkwy with guauge reading 1/4 tank left so five hours later you would think the customers that had to wait that not work properly i ran out of gas on pkwy with guauge reading 1/4 tank left so five hours later you would think the customers that had to wait that long you would offer them a soda or snack not only did thay find a license plate bulb out but did not for the THIRD time reset oil change on dash seems like there looking for more things that i have too pay for then doing the job right that im paying for the right way three times on oil changes they didnt reset dash you would thinks that they would just put in the bulb because i had to stay for five hrs it would have killed them for a bulb ????
