Quick and thorough My engine light came on so I drove my Ridgeline directly to Prescott Honda service department. I was greeted by Dave who took the truck right in and c My engine light came on so I drove my Ridgeline directly to Prescott Honda service department. I was greeted by Dave who took the truck right in and confirmed with Honda that the issue was covered under the Certified Pre-Owned warranty. After he got approval from Honda the task was assigned to one of the top mechanics at the dealership. I had my truck back an hour before the promised time and everything is running perfectly. Any trip to the auto repair shop is an inconvenience, but it is also part of vehicle ownership. The team at Prescott Honda made the experience pleasant and efficient, and they didn't waste any time getting the job done, washing my truck and getting me back on the road. My thanks to the entire team. More
