I’ve read on Honda CRV owners forums that many Honda dealers do not use FULL synthetic motor oil, but cheaper synthetic BLENDS. My service tech assured me that Prescott Honda uses Conoco brand FULL synt dealers do not use FULL synthetic motor oil, but cheaper synthetic BLENDS. In and Out! Went in to replace a key battery and spoke with David about the HID headlights on my 2018 Ridgeline and how I continually get "flashed" at night. We Went in to replace a key battery and spoke with David about the HID headlights on my 2018 Ridgeline and how I continually get "flashed" at night. We made an appointment for the next morning for an adjustment and an estimate of around $28. David met me at the truck the next morning, told me to have a seat and he would bring the paperwork to me. Signed the papers and started to read an article in a magazine when he came back shortly with the close-out papers and telling me that his tech completed the service and there was no charge. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Noticed the difference later that night and the problem is solved. More
