Ford F150 Purchase Saw an ad in my email about the truck and decided to go and look at it. Frank the salesman was very helpful with his knowledge of the Ford truck even though he was a Honda salesman to which I was very grateful. If he didn't know he went out and found out. One thing that stood out the most was his very friendly and professional manner. Now when it came time to start the haggle over price the one thing I LOVED about Prescott Honda was when I told Frank I didn't want any of this back and forth crap, (you know the drill, you make an offer the salesman takes it to his manager and back and forth this goes for usually an hour or so). I told him just go get your manager and bring him out and we'll work it out between us to which he did. I loved his manager he was great, very friendly and professional. And here is the bottom line: you all know how long it usually takes to purchase a vehicle from a dealership (last vehicle I bought about 6 hours from start to finish and going home}, I was in and out probably less than 3 hours from when I first walked in which includes the test drive. More

Paul walked out to meet me as I drove up for service. He was friendly, welcoming and explained the numbers that popped up when my car said I needed maintenance. Excellent!! Erin Trinka paired my cell phone before I drove my new car home. The next day it wasn't paired and I couldn't get it to pair again. Honda Alert! Used a coupon for some general maintenance at Prescott Honda. Appreciated the guys letting me know that my 2-yr-old battery was registering low. Had it rechecked with AAA who sold the battery to us, and sure enough, the reading matched that of Honda’s. Replaced it under warranty. Thank you, Honda! You probably saved me from sitting in my driveway with a dead battery on this cold, snowy morning. More

Just a great experience. My last service was the dealership we purchased our CRV from in San Diego. I made a appointment and the car wasn't ready for 3 hours. They said I couldn't have made an appointment because they don't make appointments for routine maintenance. This is my 4th Honda and I was never treated as rudely as I was at that dealership. But by far the best service I have ever had was at Prescott Honda. Thank you for helping delete the bad experience I had in the past. More
