The dealership did not charge us with the additional service. We were very thankful as the price went from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00. Car failed to start I called in the late afternoon on Tuesday after having problems starting my car. Since I live 35 miles from the dealership. I was able to have it towe I called in the late afternoon on Tuesday after having problems starting my car. Since I live 35 miles from the dealership. I was able to have it towed over the first thing on Wednesday morning.. I was greeted with respect and my service specialist made 100% sure of my explanation of the problem. They went through everything thoroughly that had to do with the started. Then found that I just needed a new battery. Which they replaced under my car's warranty. More
