The website confused me about no appointment needed, and the $5.00 coupon, so I called I made a phone call to your service department around 5:30 PM. The website confused me about no appointment needed, and the $5.00 coupon, so I called for clarification. The young lady put me on hold for 6 in a half minutes, then disconnected. Nice. I recalled the next morning and spoke with Dave. He explained the no appointment question, and made my appointment for 1 PM that day. When I arrived, he met me outside, after a brief conversation we returned inside. We also covered the service, the coupon, and how long it would be. Very professional and friendly. Thank you so much. They checked for damage, did an alignment and balanced/rotated tires. The car is running true. It took just under two hours (not bad) and I used a couple of on line coupons. They also gave me a heads up on some wear in the front end to keep an eye on. An overall good experience. More
