Recall on inflators I received a recall alert this month for a Honda I purchased used this year. I called to make an appointment immediately. The lady who handles recalls I received a recall alert this month for a Honda I purchased used this year. I called to make an appointment immediately. The lady who handles recalls was not the nicest when she returned my call. She seemed short and kind of rude. She told me I had 3 recalls for my car and informed me the alert had been out for a long time almost as if I should have known before now. I did not have my vin readily available when she called me back and she wanted me to call her back for the amount of time it took me to go look at my vin outside. I did not receive my conformation email for my appointment. I had to call back to confirm it the next week and the lady who took my call then was nice. Nino was fast and got my work done quicker than I was quoted. Future..How come I was quoted for a rental car but other customers received a free loaner? Very inconvenient for somebody who had to travel from Cottonwood with 2 kids and was talked out of the shuttle. More
