This dealership has an outstanding service department, starting with Kelly and all the service writers, they all go above and beyond in helping you and always go over every procedure that needs to be done in detail. Noble answered all my questions, listened to what I requested regarding service on our CR-V and was extremely helpful in being sure that I was getting full service needed under required maintenance. We are from WI visiting the area and I am not a regular customer which made no difference to Noble. I will definitely use your service next year when we return to AZ. More

Exceeded expectations I had an urgent medical emergency while I was there at Honda, waiting for completion of the servicing of my car. Nemo (don't know if I'm spelling it I had an urgent medical emergency while I was there at Honda, waiting for completion of the servicing of my car. Nemo (don't know if I'm spelling it correctly), my service person, was very professional - in handing the service of my car; flexible in the changes of priorities we had to make; and also in his kindness of driving me the nearest food store for protein (needed for a diabetic episode I was having); then quickly organized things to drive me one hour back to Cottonwood, given I wasn't in good enough condition to drive my car. He handled everything so smoothly, and was exceptionally calm, kind and helpful during the whole ordeal. I was very impressed. More
