Dave Hartman got my car worked into the schedule and the upshot was that the battery was dead, it was under warranty and the battery was replaced. Since Prescott was digging out from 21" of snow, having a working vehicle is essential. We brought in our 2014 CR-V EXL used but new to us for 2 repairs. We had purchased this vehicle from another Honda dealer, and had paid for the Platinum warranty.
