Great people, wonderful work! I’ve been to another place to get my car serviced and had a bad experience but at RC Hill in Ocala was by far the best! They were very informative abo I’ve been to another place to get my car serviced and had a bad experience but at RC Hill in Ocala was by far the best! They were very informative about what filters and other things that need to be taken care of next time I get it serviced. They also corrected something the other dealership did, when they didn’t have to! I say they went above and beyond, I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there to get it service again! Got the Job Done Brought my 2001 Mitsubishi to get heater core replaced, job was scheduled to take 5 hrs but actually took 7hrs.....service area was not busy and at on Brought my 2001 Mitsubishi to get heater core replaced, job was scheduled to take 5 hrs but actually took 7hrs.....service area was not busy and at one point they had 2 techs working on it. Everything seems to be working properly, but did have to return to reconnect turn signals as they were not functioning, but fixed it quickly. Matt Naulin the service advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable as well, keeping me up to date on the work progress, as well as William the tech that worked on my car. I am pleased with the overall service at this dealership, Thank you More
