Hi Roglo210, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. Upon inspection by our service department, your seat belt properly retracted. After multiple attempts, we were unable to duplicate your complaint regarding improper seat belt retraction and are therefore unable to make an authorized repair under warranty.
