I've seen RK on TV all the time. My nephew saw the car there and told me about it. He has bought cars there before. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 9! This is the second brand new car that I bought from RK and I definitely would go back if I ever need another car. I went to Priority they treated me like I wasn't very important to them. RK was the third dealership that I went to and there is no comparison. Tracey was very helpful and moved the process along at a good rate. At RK I was treated with respect. They treated me as a customer who was buying a car and might come back and buy another. My experience with the finance department was good too. I love my new Cruze, it's a wonderful car and I would buy it again in a minute. Great experience. More

We knew we wanted a Volt and once we met our salesman Chris, we liked him a lot, and decided to buy the car there. I have never had a better car buying experience than we did with Chris at RK. We love the car, I put one tank of gas in, in the last 1 1/2 months. We charge it at night and it is always ready to go! More

My husband was driving by RK and he saw the truck on the lot. He drove in and talked with a sales woman about the truck. Then, the two of us came back the next day and bought it. She was great. We got a good deal on our trade in. She made everything uncomplicated. They got us a better deal with one of their finance companies than we got from our credit union. We were completely surprised by that. It was a good experience. It was the best car buying experience we ever had. The night we bought the truck, we took the truck for a test drive, went out to dinner, signed some papers that were already made out, and drove the truck home. How's that for easy! More

It was a great experience. They had the car that we wanted. We knew we wanted a Corvette and we went to see them. The sales guy helped us very well. We really enjoyed him. Broke down while in Virginia Beach on vacation. Turned out to be a bad fuel pump. Was nice of them to fit me into the schedule but it still took them 3 days to fix the truck. They charged me: $1227.00 to out to be a bad fuel pump. Was nice of them to fit me into the schedule but it still took them 3 days to fix the truck. They charged me: $1227.00 to fix my replace a fuel pump and a brake line they said was broken. Total was a whopping 1,227.00 to perform this service. Holy CRAP!!! I found that the fuel pump (geninue AC Delco) part is $69.00. They charged me $485 for this part. This was HIGHWAY ROBBERY. They were able to get me back on the road but boy did it cost me. I guess I was hoping they I could find a Chevy dealership that did not prey on people. I WAS WRONG. Recommend go to one of the other dealerships in the area. UPDATE I was contacted by the owner of the dealership which surprised me. He informed me that the part included a module that I was not made aware of. The cost of this module was more than the 70 fuel pump. He offered to do whatever it takes to make me happy. We settled and I am now a happy customer. Thanks for taking the time to contact me.
