We were on our way home but decided to give RK Chevy a shot. Tom Fleming came out and assist us and he was very honest.and accommodating.When we picked the right car he and his team also found us a lower interest rate (3.19%) than our bank.(4.2%)! SURPRISE!!! I was able to come in to originally start working something out unbeknownst to the wife. It took sometime to find a bank for me and she personally did a great job maintaining and making sense all of the communications between me, the banks, and the rest of the RK Chevrolet Team. As a person that had a negative equity trade in and average credit rating, It was nice that she didn't pass on the trouble I brought over to another agent. This is considering she was actually tied to a different office at another lot. I applied for three different vehicles Steve and the rest of RK Chevy (including the management) haggled tenaciously with the banks for hours to get me deals on all three. Although some were too rich for my blood they were patient. They even went as far as to track down and lock down a specific 6spd manual 2018 Camaro that I had requested which was cheaper, only to eventually find that I had changed my mind again for an automatic with remote start. It felt great knowing that I was able to get that upgrade from and LS to 1LT for the same out the door price. After flip flopping between five different vehicles Shantelle stuck it out til the end. She believed she could get me into a NEW car at a loan amount twice more than I have ever had and produced all the effort to do it. More
