Alex Bolor was the first one to notice us looking around and attended us right away. We requested to drive the vehicle we wanted and he gladly got the keys to the truck. He explained everything to the push start, type of engine and maintenance. He Worked hard for me for my trade and help me on every step with my credit Union. Great Gentleman. Sales over loyalty I worked with Matt Roberts (who said he worked in Finance) for a number of months in hopes of sealing a deal for a new car. The initial conversations I worked with Matt Roberts (who said he worked in Finance) for a number of months in hopes of sealing a deal for a new car. The initial conversations Matt pulled everything he could (as though it appeared) from the lenders but I didn't go through with it because I wanted to pay down more on the existing loan. I advised Matt that I will contact him in a few months to try to get a better deal. I met Matt in person (now a salesman), seem like a cool guy but ultimately just a typical car salesman. He's more concern about selling a car to meet a quota than to take care of your needs. I told him I would think about the deal again. A month later I reached out to Matt and wanted to close on a deal. I advised him that I have been in talks with other competitors who made offers but since I have worked with Matt diligently, I wanted to give my business. However, Matt did not show the same eagerness. When I spoke to Matt, I advised that my application is still good on file and wanted to know what the lender figures would provide if I paid off my current vehicle. The other competitors gave their figures. Matt simply didn't want to earn my business nor put in the work. Because of Matt's lack of interest in earning my business, unprofessional actions stated during our conversation, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It's a seem especially if Matt says he care more about loyalty than a sale. Well in this case Matt, you clearly didn't show any loyalty. What a shame. More
