Excellent service After searching the internet and car lots for several months we finally found a truck at Sam Pack Ford in Lewisville that my husband liked. My husband After searching the internet and car lots for several months we finally found a truck at Sam Pack Ford in Lewisville that my husband liked. My husband made a phone call to the dealership right at closing time. As luck would have it he spoke with a salesman named Eric Karban. This gentleman was absolutely wonderful on the phone and immediately went to work helping Mark identify the truck that he wanted. It was a recent trade and was in the shop for inspection. Eric went to the shop and took pictures the next morning for us too see. After seeing the truck we went down and met with him. He had the truck ready for us to test drive. After driving the truck my husband wanted to buy it. Eric went right to work to get us the best deal and to answer all our questions. The finance team was great and within 3 hrs of us arriving at the dealership. We had purchased and completed the deal on the truck. From the first time we made contact with the dealership until the day we picked up the truck, Eric and his team have been extremely friendly, helpful and a great team to work with. If we ever need another vehicle we will certainly visit Eric and Sam Pack Ford in Lewsivile. Great job Eric. More

Worked with me!!!! It took me 9 months and 5 dealerships to finally get a great deal on a new car. I experienced the good, bad and the ugly (literally). By the time I walked into 5 Star Ford, I had already been gearing up for another let down or runaround. Sebastian my salesman, was wonderful. He was very polite, attentive, and understanding. He worked very diligently with the finance staff to get the deal I had outlined before the actual buying process started. He was assisted by Chase, who did not have give me the ol' "let me go talk to my manager" process. It was straight and to the point. I then was transferred to the finance department and was helped by Jerome. I know we did not make his job the easiest that day but not for one moment did he make me feel that way. Overall, my experience at this dealership would definitely have me singing their praises as if I was in the front pew of a church. The guys I worked with (who I jokingly called Ted, Bob and Steve) displayed an amazing amount of professionalism. I got a great deal on a SUV, a good deal on a warranty and a great experience. To bad it only took me 9 months to find these guys. More
