Best car dealership in the area I was looking to buy a used car and went to 3 other different dealerships before we went back to sam's pack ford. With the other 3 dealership we eithe I was looking to buy a used car and went to 3 other different dealerships before we went back to sam's pack ford. With the other 3 dealership we either had dealer that didn't seem interested to help or wasn't knowlegable about their cars in their lots and also most of there used cars were not well taken care of or just plain dirty. By the end of the day I was beat and was about to give up on getting a car and get it at a later time but I decided to go to Ford for my last shot at a car. When I got there Cassie greeted me in a timely manner he gave me many options and A lot of useful information and he was never pushy. I finally found the car I wanted a Hyundai Elantra and Cassie did everything we could get me a great price and was completely honest and clear about everything. By the end of the day I signed some paperwork and was out of their lot with a new car, the whole process was fast. This is the 3rd car my family buys form this dealership and I am not disappointed it was the best experience I've received also Definitely recommend Cassie he was awesome! More

Tom Martin (fleet director), had the cars in the lot and ready for us when we arrived. Ulices Tellez answered all of our questions and stayed past hours for us to test drive our selections. They gave us honest opinions of the two that we were considering. We left with the information that they provided to make our final decision. (No pressure). We called this morning, completed the information that they needed and picked up the Explorer after work. Easy transaction. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service provided by Tom Andrews (Finance Director), and Luke Bosco (Finance Manager). Thank you! We will be a repeat customer! More
No Follow Through and Didn't Repair Noted Mirror Problem Hi – I had a really good experience working with Jerry Meyers and the dealership in general. I have 2 issues. First, I was told I would receive a Hi – I had a really good experience working with Jerry Meyers and the dealership in general. I have 2 issues. First, I was told I would receive a $100 check if I referred anyone. That same day, my son also purchased a vehicle as did I. I noted this and he said he would sent the check. After checking with him at least 6 times via text and phone calls, I still do not have the check as of 05.06.17. I bought the vehicle in December of 2016. Second, when test driving the car I bought, a Lexus IS 250, I took note of the passenger's side mirror swinging freely and brought it to Jerry's attention. This was a deal breaker at the price because it was too aesthetically displeasing and it was not safe for rear view seeing on the passenger's side of the car. He asked me to bring it back the following week and he would take care of it. On this condition, I accepted the deal and paid for the call and drove home that evening. I came back within a week or two and he took the car to the service area and he said it was repaired. However, about 2 months ago as I was washing the car, the mirror came loose and was swinging freely again. I decided to take to a dealership to review and they told me that it had been glued and was never actually repaired. Consequently, I spent $560 to get it repaired correctly. I want reconciliation but don't expect it. Thanks, James L. More

In this case, from the time I first visited and was intro I'm admittedly a slow buyer. Unlike many who can make a purchase quickly, it takes me time. In this case, from the time I first visited and was introduced to Misti, it took me over a month and multiple visits, test drives and even a 3 day demo before I made my decision. There was never any pressure and communications were on point throughout the entire process. The only issues I experienced were my own self inflicted indecisions. Once I finally did make a decision, the handoff between Misti (sales), Justin (GM) and then Dru (Finance) was flawless. I hope not to have to buy a new vehicle for a long time but will certainly recommend folks to them. More
