I told Xavier what I was looking for and while the exact truck was not on the lot, he suggested adding leather seats as an option and this made the truck exactly what I was looking for. When I got home I found out I left my garage remote in my trade in. I called Xavier on his cell phone, said who I was and his first question was I calling about the garage remote. He had already secured it and I will get the pleasure of seeing him again today when I pick the remote up. I went in to look at trading my 9 year old Ford pickup in. Sandy helped me figure out what I call the blue book value and what I could get for a trade in. I'm adding running boards and the spray in bed liner as soon as we can get it scheduled. I don't like extra window tinting so chose not to do that although Sandy did show it to me. He got me to the finance department and while I was answering all the questions, it came up that my wife had a VW that she has never really liked and the loan has a very high interest rate on it. Jimmy advised me to bring my wife in just to discuss a trade in and we did the very next day and ended up leasing her a brand new Ford Fusion. We went to this dealership simply to test drive a new Ford Explorer. As it turned out, the dealer had the vehicle in stock that matched the equipment we wanted, and the color/trim we wanted.
