We are repeat customers with Five Star Ford in Lewisville and this is the second car we have bought from Reto. Reto is extremely knowledgable with all cars and beyond extremely patient as well! I spent a couple hours going back and forth between two cars and couldn't make up my mind. The dealership was extremely busy and each sales consultant was working with multiple customers. Reto not once left us stranded while helping others, he was focused and multi tasking like crazy, they all were. I also liked the fact that we worked only with Reto up until the very end when we had to sign the papers, then the finance guy was awesome, he went above and beyond as well and even was very patient with me and my undecisivness! We love Five Star Ford and all they can do for you. I won't even go in to detail but my husband was stranded in Kansas with his car broke down and one of the largest Ford dealerships in Kansas took 4 days to try and figure out the cars problem and it was Five Star Ford service department that communicated with the Kansas dealership and told them what to do and got us home, then they fixed the problem in half a day! They took over and we were treated with royalty! We highly recommend everyone to visit Five Star Ford in Lewisville and ask for Reto! More
