My husband and I looked for over 9 months, going to over 7 different dealerships to find a car. Every dealership we went to treated us so poorly. All the other sales people we have dealt with prior were so pushy and had no personality. Greg was the total opposite, he made us feel like we were family and there was no pressure. We walked away with a new Ford Mustang and couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a dealership where you are treated like family and respect, then Sam Packs Ford of Lewisville is the one for you. I gave this dealership a rating of 5 in every catergory.
