I had originally left a negative review on Sunday 7/7 regarding this dealership as to the way things were handled about my vehicle issue that I was having and could not get anyone to call me back. I got a call first thing Monday morning from the General Manager Andrea Ballard. I explained what had happed and that I had an appointment that afternoon with another dealership for figure out what the noise I was hearing in my Ford Bronco. I was told by Andrea that this is not how things are done at Sam Pack's and that the issue would be handled. They sent a driver that afternoon to pick up my vehicle and gave me a nice loaner. Throughout the whole process, I was getting text messages from Andrea and service keeping me updated on the process of the issue. I got a call from Sean Quackenbush the service director and he explained to me what the issue was and that it has been taken care of. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. My vehicle was returned to me today by Richard Howell, very nice and polite man. Thank you to Joeme Dow for helping me through the process of getting me the loaner vehicle as well. Julie Tucker for keeping me updated on the repair process and especially to Andrea Ballard for taking the time to put all of this together and overseeing that my vehicle issues were being taken care of. All of these folks went above and beyond amazing customer service!! Highly recommend this dealership. Especially for repairs. More

I do not like leaving reviews like this. The public needs to know about this dealership. Salesman Ali, drove the Ford Bronco that I was interested in purchasing to my home (about an hour awa The public needs to know about this dealership. Salesman Ali, drove the Ford Bronco that I was interested in purchasing to my home (about an hour away) for me to test drive on my lunch break. I drove up to the dealership that evening to talk to him about financing. I told him I wanted to know what the bottom dollar was. He said, you see that salesman behind you, he has a customer interested in that vehicle, (I should have left than). He was texting his wife and stated she was at home waiting on him for dinner. I felt rushed through the whole process. I bought the vehicle. With the salesman in the vehicle and my daughter and I, we drove around the building to put gas in the vehicle. When I made a right turn, the vehicle made a popping noise. I said what is that noise? he said that is nothing. Instead of saying, that does need to be looked at. I now have to take the vehicle into another dealership to have this issue looked at. I called 5 Star Ford over 6 weeks ago. I spoke with an assist manager Jeff, he told me their systems were down and would call me back, no word to date from him. I called him back a few days later and left a message, still nothing. I called last week to speak to a manager, left a message with the operator, nothing. I got online and spoke with a salesman via live chat last week. He said he would have a manager call me when he came in at 10:00 am, nothing. I received a missed call from Wes on Friday, I called him right back, left him a message to call me back. No call back. The customer service is terrible. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I feel like they are responsible for the cost of these repairs or at least a rental car as the dealership I am taking my vehicle to is backed up with repairs and I will not have a vehicle for some days. BUYER BEWARE!! If you have an issue, you will not get it resolved from them. More
