I would like to thank Julie for taking care of my SUV & taking care of me. I brought my SUV in due to check engine light coming on. A coil had too be replaced & spark plugs. I started looking for a car for my wife about a year or so ago, but the Bronco was still pretty pricey. We decided to keep the 2004 Camry and just pay to have it repaired, all the stuff that needs to be do so ago, but the Bronco was still pretty pricey. We decided to keep the 2004 Camry and just pay to have it repaired, all the stuff that needs to be done for all the mileage. Well that was a bad choice because we ended up paying more to bring it up to date than it was worth to sell by owner. I call Sampack Ford told them what we were looking for, with several different options. After not receiving any call back at all I decided to call 5 Star Ford in Lewisville, wished I could remember the little gal I spoke with from the call in, she was the one that actually got us interested in coming in. Within a day I got a call from Patsy, set up an appointment and know we own a new Bronco. It wasn’t that easy though, we had a price we could afford so when the used Bronco was just to dark us, Patsy was quick to move us onto a new one. After quite a bit of negotiations we finally did buy the new Bronco and still managed to buy, not all but several extended warranty plans, thanks to Joe in financing and the Management. We met several managers in different departments and I mean everyone was just awesome, still can’t believe we bought another new car. Thanks for making it happen! Mark and Kitrina Combs More

I injured my back and was unable to take my car in for service. Very nice employees came and picked it up. I was not charged any extra for this service. Service was completed and returned to me. This was the first time to use the Mobile Service. So convenient. Jovan the service tech was able to Complete the recall in a short time and kept me informed. Ron, in service, was super helpful and extremely informative!! I was originally going to take my car to Grapevine, since it's right down the road from me. They told me it would be mid week bef informative!! I was originally going to take my car to Grapevine, since it's right down the road from me. They told me it would be mid week before they could look at my car, and the end of May before they could service it, if there was a problem!! A month and a half. I called Five Star immediately. The turn over for fixing my car AND fixing a recall was one day. Besides the fast turnaround, everyone from the receptionists to Ron were really nice. I will definitely be using Five Star as my Ford home. More
