My 2013 Ford Taurus was taken to Five Star Ford, Lewisvilledue to the water pump going out. We had an extraordinarily exceptional experience in leasing a new Maverick XL at Five Star Ford. Utilizing Ford.com, we searched inventory across 5-states, and only Five Star Ford had the 2024 Maverick leasing a new Maverick XL at Five Star Ford. Utilizing Ford.com, we searched inventory across 5-states, and only Five Star Ford had the 2024 Maverick in the trim we sought WITHOUT BIG $ ADD-ONS OR A MARKET ADJUSTMENT. Once we made an inquiry about a specific Maverick XL, it got even better. We were assigned Inna Guadamor for sales and Brett Ingersoll for finance. Both are professional, sincere, personable, and went above and beyond on our behalf. The Dealership facility is amazing in its' physical size and number of vehicles. Just the car showroom alone would hold most Dealers buildings (less the service department). We were instantly greeted and offered a beverage upon entering the dealership and directed to reception to have Inna paged to meet us. Inna appeared promptly and warmly greeted us. Inna had our initial paperwork ready to go. Midpoint during the paperwork, Service Advisor Preston Carpenter swung by to introduce himself and describe service and accessory options to us. Like Inna and Brett, Preston was professional, sincere, and personable. Once all the paperwork (application) was completed, we were greeted by Brett and escorted to his office to close. Brett really nailed the close, securing for us the best possible deal. We were most impressed with Brett's ability to listen. Upon closing, Inna escorted us out to OUR Maverick XL in the delivery lot, which had as many vehicles ready for delivery as a number of local Ford Dealerships have in their entire new vehicle inventor! Inna went over the vehicle condition (flawless) and operation. (Inna really likes to remove the protective film over the display screen.) Upon completion of delivery, we departed, relieved, yet thrilled with our entire experience with Five Star Ford. The Staff and the Dealership earned our rating of 6 out of 5 Stars!
