My 2013 Ford Taurus was taken to Five Star Ford, Lewisvilledue to the water pump going out. Zach in the service department was the gentleman that I was in communication with while my Ford was being Lewisvilledue to the water pump going out. Zach kept in touch on a daily basis while the vehicle was there, and he was very informative, professional, and friendly. The Ford was expedited quickly, and is running great thus far.
