Ron, in service, was super helpful and extremely informative!! I was originally going to take my car to Grapevine, since it's right down the road from me. They told me it would be mid week before they could look at my car, and the end of May before they could service it, if there was a problem!! A month and a half. I called Five Star immediately. The turn over for fixing my car AND fixing a recall was one day. Besides the fast turnaround, everyone from the receptionists to Ron were really nice.
